For our DIYers, we provide a Bouquet Buffet, where you can Bring Your Own Vase (BYOV) or hand-tie a fresh bouquet you design yourself from our individual stems and bunches.

Hi, I’m Kristin
OWNER & FLORAL DESIGNER
When I was a toddler, my mom taught me to stop and smell the roses. I became so enchanted with flowers, the very first word out of my mouth was “wower”...
When I was a teenager, this fascination with florals continued, leading me to pursue an Associate’s Degree in Horticulture and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
During this time, I had an epiphany that my purpose in life is to create a business that supports and unites humanity through the power and wealth of flowers.
I worked endlessly to fulfill this dream: becoming an expert in floral design, mastering the logistics of shipping a perishable product, structuring the “giveback” business model Flower R World is based on, understanding the florist industry, selling flowers at flea markets, and receiving my graduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration.
In 2023, I was given the opportunity to continue the legacy Jamie and Helen of Walker Florist in Virginia Beach had built over the last forty years. On January 3, 2024 we re-opened our doors as Flower R World.
Our future vision is to bring beauty, hope, and change to the world through the power of flowers. Join us in celebrating flowers in your everyday life and for your special occasions!
I imagine that I can Flower R World by giving every human on Earth a white daisy that WE can hold in OUR hands at the same time. That excites me!
